Blonde Ale brewed with premium malts and premium hops, creating an absolutely wonderful refreshing beer with sweet aroma and a dry finish.

Coffee & Vanilla Blone Ale
Blonde Ale brewed with premium ingredients from our local roasters using fair trade Colombian Coffee and Mexican Vanilla beans. This beer has nutty notes and wonderful aromas with a robust coffee flavor and some sweet notes from the vanilla beans.

Hazy Pale Ale
Hazy pale ale brewed with some of our favorite fruit forward hops. The addition of oats adds thickness to the body and the beer finishes slightly sweet. Aromas of fresh grapefruit juice, lemon, lime zest and notes of pine.

Creamsicle Hazy Pale Ale
Hazy pale ale with a creamy texture conditioned with Madagascar vanilla beans and Orange Zest to mimic an orange creamsicle ice cream.
Our very own Lager will have ya asking for more
Light lager slightly hopped and brewed with a Mexican lager yeast strain. Light and refreshing flavor with a crisp finish.
We chose potent Noble hop hybrids to bring the
traditional floral and spicy hop notes, and dry hopped at the end of fermentation with Saphir, which enforces the noble character while bringing a little bit of citrus character. Balance is maintained w a judicious blend of malts, giving a clean cracker-like malt character. The bitterness is moderate for such a strong hop presence, and the finish is crisp. a tropical favorite is now an IPA
Brewed with real coconut flakes and real pineapple fruit and a touch of Madagascar Vanilla beans. Dry hop with Citra and Sabro to give off tropical fruit flavors. Very intense pineapple and coconut flavors finish this IPA on the sweeter side. (insert here a beach, an umbrella an some reggae music!)

PULPO BROWN ALE
A harmonious blend of 7 malts gives a mahoga- ny hue with red highlights. Invitingly fruity aroma, with hints of coconut from Sabro hops and toasty malts. The flavor features the whole range of malt flavors, from caramel to light coffee notes. The finish is surprisingly light, with a nutty aftertaste with a hint of coffee. A very balanced and drinkable malty beer!
A truly mystical Vienna Lager
Brewed with premium German malts along with flaked corn. Pours a deep amber color and finishes dry. Mild, ready and toasty flavors with low bitterness. Hopped with German hops to keep things balanced. Lagered for six weeks to keep this crispy boy easy to drink.
India Pale Ale
Combining fruity Azacca and El Dorado hops with equally fruity Kviek yeast lends a tropical and candied citrus aroma so intense as to almost seem sweet.
The flavor adds a resinous undertone and the yeast’s gentle, natural tartness accentuates the juiciness and drinkability.
To brew this juicy behemoth, we used mosaic Incognito and Lupomax (a natural, concentrated hop aroma) along with orangey Mandarina Bavaria and fruity Hull Melon. At 5 pounds of hops per barrel, the result is an onslaught of juicy citrus and ripe tropical flavor with a touch of piney resin. Wort from a wheat and oat heavy mash was boiled the proper strength, resulting in a full gold colorant candy like notes. The bitterness is minimal, and its strength is well disguised, making this juice bomb dangerously delicious!

LA NUEVA IPA
India Pale Ale
Hazy IPA brewed with wheat and pillowy oats. Low bitterness and a soft body, we used new school hops giving off aromas of tropical fruit, coconut and citrus.
Our new summer vibes in one beer
The ultimate summer beer! Orange peels and coriander give the bright citrus aroma, while chamomile adds depth to the fluffy wheat and oat mouthfeel. The yeast’s natural tartness accentuates the citrus notes and its’ spicy notes and dry finish make this beer very refreshing.
We fermented our Blonde Mamacita with French saison yeast and finished it with mango! The caramel and bready malt character supports the mango, while the spicy yeast keeps the beer crisp. A complex yet easy drinking fruit beer!
